Academy 101
Before jumping into our group classes - we must be confident with your technique and movement. The Academy 101 are 1-on-1 sessions with your Coach to develop the necessary knowledge and skills with the movements that are commonly performed in our group classes. Whilst free weight training can be the most effective in improving balance, coordination, and strength; if done with poor technique, it ([or] - can only be beneficial if done correctly!) can lead to injuries which we certainly do not want!
Strength and Conditioning
Our main group class where you will spend 99% of your time. These are classes that will build on what you have learned in the Academy 101 to get you to your fitness and health goals. With the watchful eye of a Coach, you will work alongside other classmates to get stronger together. The goal of having these group classes is to build a supportive community where you can motivate and push each other to succeed. We believe that this camaraderie is one of the secret ingredients in our membersβ transformations.
Personal Training
1 on 1 Training will get you to your goals the quickest as our Coaches will tailor your fitness program based on what you want to achieve. Personal Training has the benefit of receiving instant feedback on your sessions so that you can progress smoothly with the guidance of your Coach.
Kids and Teens Fitness
This generation of younger children are spending more and more time indoors sitting in front of computers and other handheld electronics, leading to poor body awareness and control. Our goal is to rectify that by teaching kids to move better to help them grow. From jumping, runninnning, squatting, pulling, and pushing. Knowing how to effectively move their body in a coordinated manner is the goal for our Youth Classes.
Gymnastics Club
Gymnastics to us is the ability to move and control your own body. This ranges from jumping, hanging, crawling, twisting, turning, and many other movements. The importance of this is the more control you have over your body, the more resistant you are to aches, pains, and injuries. Through our Gymnastics Club, we aim to teach you how to control your own bodyweight and move freely whilst also building the sufficient strength to do more advanced gymnastics movements like pull-ups, handstands, and muscle-ups.
Barbell Club
Olympic Weightlifting is a big part of our program. We believe that weightlifting is one of the most effective ways to increase your strength, coordination, balance, and power. Perfecting the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch are lifelong goals of World Class Olympic athletes, and we use these to help make the everyday person stay healthy and strong for a very long time.
