Hi! My name is Allen Cai

Allen is a former Rugby player. In 2013, Allen was introduced to CrossFit, and was attracted by its intensity, variety, systematic training and friendly community and immediately fell in love. 

Allen is a Level 2 CrossFit Instructor, Level 1 OPEX Trainer, Crossfit Gymnastic trainer and Crossfit Kids trainer. 

He believes that fitness is one of most effective method to cultivate  a strong mindset that will lead to not only improved health, but also happiness and success in all aspects of life. 

Allen loves Olympic-Weightlifting. He went to China multiple times for systematic training with Chinese national and champion level athletes. 

Allen is a passionate competitor. He finished CrossFit Open top 5 in Hong Kong in 2017 & 2018 and 6th at China Invitational in 2018.

Hi! I'm Wesley Fung

Wesley is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, Level 1 OPEX Trainer, CrossFit Competitor’s Certificate Holder, PowerMonkey Gymnastics Certified, Ready State Mobility Certification, and Canadian NCCP Weightliting Competition Coach

Wesley grew up playing competitive sports from a young age. The challenges both physically and mentally in playing sports has helped develop his passion for fitness and health. With over a decade of experience in both coaching and athletics, he has found a balance between performance and wellness.

Understanding the needs of each individual is key to building a good, well rounded exercise regimen that works. Wesley believes that building sustainable habits in exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle will lead to the best long term success in achieving performance and appearance goals.

Hi! I’m Lucio Pascual

Similar to our other coaches, Lucio started his fitness journey through sports, specifically Rugby. The competitive nature and community that came with team sports was the fundamental backbone of his functional fitness career.

Through Rugby, Lucio continued to explore other facets of fitness which led him to the world of combat sports. Beginning from Muay Thai, to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and eventually MMA. With these sports being quite physical, Lucio was required to supplement sport specific training with strength and conditioning in the gym.

After being sidelined with a knee injury, he decided it was time to transition to another form of fitness. This was when CrossFit had its entrance.

CrossFit introduced an entirely new world of training. Lucio immediately fell in love with the competitive nature and community very similar to that of team sports. It has proved to be the most effective training method he has applied to his life.

Hi! I’m Josie Kwok

Josie suffers from arrhythmia since birth, which led her down to an unhealthy lifestyle as a teenager and in her early 20s, at one point borderlining diabetic and overweight due to poor food choices and the lack of exercise. 

Determined to get her health back on track, Josie started her own fitness journey in 2008, joined a global gym, trained for a marathon, attempted trail running competitions and obtained her first personal trainer licence in 2015 until she found CrossFit in 2016 and never looked back. 

She is intrigued by the multifaceted method of training and the amazing community within the sport. She reckons that the beauty of CrossFit training methods lies in the fact that it trains not only the strength of one's body but more importantly one's mind, a crucial skill which is easy to understand on papers but rarely any chance to practice and CrossFit delivers exactly that for her. 

Josie strongly believes that being healthy and fit is the foundation to success, an association which is often overlooked. A healthy mind is built on a healthy body, and living in such a high stress city like Hong Kong, Josie is able to find the balance through CrossFit training and is a keen advocate to those who are looking to for the same.

Hi! I’m Coco Chow

Coco, a CrossFit Level 1 trainer, has been passionate about sports since a young age, competing in various activities throughout her primary school, secondary school, and university life. However, she struggled with body image issues since puberty due to her slightly larger build and the pressure to conform to thin beauty standards. Unfortunately, her attempts to lose weight led to anorexia, which she battled for eight years before discovering CrossFit.

Through CrossFit, Coco learned to appreciate her body and the strength that comes with it. She found a supportive community that welcomed individuals of all shapes, sizes, and ages, which helped her overcome her struggles with anorexia and develop a healthier relationship with food.

Now, Coco is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experiences with others to help them achieve their health and fitness goals. With her past struggles and years of training, she believes that she can provide valuable guidance and support to those looking to take their first step towards a healthier lifestyle.

Hi! I’m Oskar Smorczewski

Oskar is a CrossFit Level 2 coach and personal trainer with over 5 years of experience in the fitness industry. Young and energetic, passionate about not only CrossFit but also yoga! Previously coached in Poland, Germany, and Vietnam.

He always tries to create a safe space in his classes and you will see him smiling a lot!

With his loud, clear voice, and specific cues Oskar will correct you and make your fitness journey safe and sound but also fun!
