For those New to CrossFit
Those who are new to CrossFit, are required to do our CrossFit Beginners Course, Academy 101.. We require that each new member go through a two day course totalling 5 hours that will teach all the fundamental movements of CrossFit. The course will also go through the most common movements seen in our WODs (Workout of the Day) which incorporate gymnastics, olympic weightlifting, kettlebells, and various other skills. We want to provide the best and safest environment for all our members to strive towards their goes whilst having fun, and it all begins with the intro course. CrossFit Beginners Course - ACADEMY 101
2 DAY WEEKEND COURSE (5 HOURS) - $1,600
Day 1 Movements:
Air Squat/Back Squat/Front Squat/Overhead Squat
Shoulder Press/Push Press/Push Jerk
Deadlift/Sumo Deadlift High Pull/Medicine Ball Clean
Day 2 Movements:
Squat Clean/Power Clean/Hang Clean
Squat Snatch/Power Snatch/Hang Snatch
Kettlebell (KB) Swing/KB Snatch/KB Clean
Our Academy 101 runs on weekends only, Saturday and Sunday (5 Hours total). If weekends are not convenient for you, please let us know, and we will try our best to accommodate. This is a requirement before starting CrossFit
